🔁 Return & Replacement Policy

We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or replacement under the conditions mentioned below.

• The product is defective at the time of delivery
• The product is expired (if applicable)

⏰ Return or replacement request must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery.

❌ Not Eligible for Return / Replacement

• Used, damaged, or tampered products
• Product not in its original condition
• Missing original packaging, labels, or seals
• Damage caused by customer misuse
• Change of mind or personal preference
• Product expired after delivery

⚠️ The product must be returned exactly in the same condition as it was delivered.

• Product must be unused
• Product must be undamaged
• Original packaging must be intact
• All accessories (if any) must be included

🔄 Replacement Process

2. Provide clear photos or video of the product
3. Our team will review your request
4. If approved, replacement will be processed

🚚 Shipping Cost

• If the issue is from our side, we will bear the shipping cost
• Otherwise, shipping cost will be paid by the customer
